  2. Delivery within the Melbourne Metropolitan ( within a 3km radius ) are free of charge. Outer Metro, Country & Interstate orders will incur extra charges of $10. You will be notified of these extra charges by email after your order has been recieved.
  3. All product designs illustrated are a guide to the style of flowers, gourmet foods and gifts that will be delivered.
  4. These may vary according to seasonal availability or when they do not meet our quality standards.
  5. In some cases, substitutions of equivalent value and quality may be necessary to fulfil your requirements.
  6. We guarantee the freshness and flowers quality used in all our arrangements. Complaints must be made within 48hrs of delivery..
  7. If you choose to cancel your order, we are more than happy to offer a full refund provided the order have not yet been dispatched.
